    You are entitled to cancel any transaction concluded on the website without any reason and without any penalty, within 7 (seven) days after the receipt of the product.
  • What if I received a damaged or defective Verimark product?

    If your goods turn out to be defective within the first 6 months after you received them from us, we will repair them, replace them or give you a refund, provided that it is a material defect, and that the defect did not develop as a result of abuse, fair wear and tear, or through not following our or the manufacturer’s instructions.
