My only complaint is that the water jug is cracked on the side. But this macine works wonderful, steams within 20 seconds, and it STEAMS. Was hesitant to buy a Demo model, but this is in a new condition, so very Chuffed with my purchase.

Satisfied with my purchase. Just remove the microfiber pad when steaming carpets and use only with the carpet glider. That way it’s much more effective
